Summary: Lovely place to stay in a great location in Vitoria. Recommend for a stay for a few nights. Excellent service and very kind staff. Rooms aren’t spacious but they do the job. Great value for money and they even sell craft beers at reception.

Summary: The TV in my room did not work. Apparently, it needed to be re-programmed but, as a guest/customer, I would not expect to have to do that myself.

Summary: Check in was good. Friendly staff and very helpful, especially the young woman with the long dark hair, who worked the later shift during our stay. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Good location.

Summary: Walking distance to everything in the old town, close to train station, quiet, huge comfortable bed, not bad breakfast.

Summary: We got a quite big bedroom on the last floor on the street side, and had no issues with noise. Breakfast was rather simple, but enough to start the day. All in all a great hotel near the city centre of Vitoria.

Summary: The staff is very professional and helpful. Excellent location within easy walking distance to most tourist sites, shopping and eateries. It has only 25 rooms, feels like a boutique hotel at modest prices. The rooms are very small, open the door and within 3 feet you find your bed, almost no space to open your luggage. If you can accept, like I did, that this hotel is only to sleep you will find it is great.
